Lower energy costs, backed by a developer's experience.
Oak Square Partners helps businesses, nonprofits and communities across New England understand what they pay for electricity and what they can do about it. We bring the same analysis we use to develop our own solar and battery storage projects: utility tariffs, interval data, incentive programs and project economics. You get clear answers whether or not a project makes sense for you.
Our Services
Utility Bill and Demand Charge Analysis
We review your bills and 15-minute interval data to find what drives your costs. That means peak demand, rate class and time-of-use windows. We compare the utility rate schedules you qualify for and show where operational changes, a rate switch or new equipment would cut costs.
Battery Storage and Solar Feasibility Studies
A fixed-scope study that answers one question: does a project pay off at your site? We size the system and build the full savings and revenue stack. That covers demand charge reduction, utility demand response and incentive programs, tax credits (including direct pay for nonprofits and public entities) and resilience. You receive a written report, a financial model and a clear recommendation.
Battery Storage as a Service
For facilities that want the savings without the capital outlay, OSP can finance, install, own and operate a battery system on your site. We share the savings with you under a long-term services agreement. There's no upfront cost to you, and we handle the equipment, maintenance and program enrollment.
Asset Management and O&M Oversight
For owners of existing solar and storage systems, we monitor performance, investigate underproduction, manage O&M providers, and keep up with utility program and incentive reporting, so your system delivers what it was built to deliver.
