Founded in 2016 by Sevag Khatchadourian and John Typadis, Oak Square Partners (OSP) is a Boston-based renewable energy developer specializing in solar and energy storage projects in New England. OSP is proud to be a contributor in the evolving clean energy landscape. We are focused on using our extensive development expertise and proven approach to deliver state-of-the-art projects that can make a positive impact on the environment and local community.
John Typadis
Principal and Co-Founder
John has eleven years of experience in the energy industry, half of which has been spent in development. Outside of his development experience, John spent time as a power market analyst covering the MISO and ERCOT markets before transitioning to managing a congestion portfolio in the SPP market. He earned a BA in Political Science from McGill University and an MBA from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
Sevag Khatchadourian
Principal and Co-Founder
Sevag’s expertise includes three years of comprehensive experience developing renewable energy projects. He has participated in every stage of the development process from initial siting, purchase and sale negotiations of finished projects, to management of operational projects. In addition to energy development, Sevag has four years of asset management experience with Bristol-Myers Squibb. He earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University, an MA in Economics from Boston University, and an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
Demetri Typadis
Principal
Prior to joining OSP, Demetri worked as an equity research analyst for Barclays Capital covering the Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure sector and a year as the Energy Sector Portfolio Manager for the Cayuga Fund. Demetri earned a BA in Finance from the University of Miami and an MBA from Johnson at Cornell University with a concentration in Capital Markets and Asset Management.
Geoff Holczer
Controller
Geoff has over 30 years of experience in financial management in consumer product/retail, technology and service industries. He is an expert in planning, organizing and controlling the financial function of all sized businesses. Geoff earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan.
